Default rms help

ok so i have to replace my rms again i know its the rear main seal so please dont ask to check the other gaskets they are all new including the pan.

so my question is which one do i use ford racing, napa teflon, mr. gasket i used a felpro teflon last time and it didnt last me 6 months any advice please

check your PCV system. If its clogged, you will continue to blow out seals.

delete it and go to a different set-up

Also, i beleive Napa is a gates. Could be a National though.

What are u using to install the seal if u gash crimp any part of it it'll leak! Lube the inner lip to ease install. Use a 3/8 or 1/2 extension to push it in not a screwdriver like I e seen and heard of! Make sure u install it in the right direction its a one way seal!

not sure cant remember and we used somthing that could go over the seal to put it in
