Went to get my 89 5.0 LX smog inspected and my check engine light is on. Got code 54 (Air charge Temp Sensor) though I just replaced this is it possible it went bad or maybe the harness or plug is bad?

Also got code 67, first thing with this is that the car used to be 5spd and was converted to auto. Also the a/c is disconnected. It says to pinpoint and test A/C input to processor, clutch engage switch, neutral clutch switch, neutral drive switch, neutral gear switch, processor, and harness circuits.

I really just need this light to go off, tried re setting and it goes off soon as turn on car again it comes back on. any help to get that dang light off would be greatly appreciated thanks.
