1....is this while in gear and moving or in neutral and just revving the motor? The tail shaft bushing and drive shaft yolk are probably worn and need to be replaced...
2 you will heat the transmission ears, not the bolts (if you are talking about where it bolts to the transmission itself....... an impact is your best friend for removing things as such... If you are talking about the crossmember bolts then don't use heat because you will end up melting the bushings...

As for the crossmember. I don't need to heat that up, nor will I... It will come out easy. I am talking about where it bolts up to the transmission. I will attempt this tomorrow. Getting an impact wrench in there would be tough.
