I hope u mean what octane vs. what brand. Most of the people on the forum have modded or plan to mod their stangs and therefore are or should be using 93 or better due to the increased timing and/or compression. If your ride is completely stock including timing you can use 87 unless the mileage is high and there's carbon build up.

Everybody here knows that the higher the octane, the SLOWER the gas burns, right?
So if you think about it, one should get more power in a STOCK motor using 87 octane over 93. Doubt you'll feel the difference driving around town though.
So with that in mind, why would anyone want to pay more for gas (super) and get less power.
