ever since i bought this mustang it wonders all all over the road.. it has new balljoints and swaybar bushings.leads me to think previous owner had same issue. im thinking its rack and pinion bushings or tie rod ends.. what are way i can check these?

Yup. You need to put it on a lift and inspect all of the wearable items, including strut bushings, control arm bushings, etc.

Sounds to me like it could be the rack or a poorly done suspension drop. Got my stang beat all to hell with the rack being held together with a cotter pin and the coils weren't changed out, just heated and compressed and it did the exact same thing you're talking about. Check the rack out ASAP

i checked the rack.. seemed ok i guess.. without the car running the power steering fluid squirted out of the breather hole in the cap of the resevior then you turned it all the way in either direction.. that didnt seem normal.. the rag joint seemed to make a pop sound from bumping the steering wheel back and forth.. ball joints are new sway bar and link kit bushings are new.. if i knew it would be this hard to pin point i would have bought a chevy.

Large quantities of alcohol will cause alot of road wander...Busted belt in a tire. Perfectly normal for ps resivoir to throw up when turning wheels without engine running.

Has it ever been wrecked before? Might have bent a trac bar or knocked the strut towers out of alignment and there's no way for you or me to see if it is, you just gotta take it to a shop and see what they say. And BTW, buying a Chevy wouldn't have solved your problem at all haha
