Default cluster needle issue

I pullled the cluster off the replace the black faceplate with a white face plate. When reinstalling everything back the needles are not showing the correct water temp, rpm, gas lvel, oil pressure, voltage and speed. Does it have to be recalibrated?

Yea...i removed the all the needle so that i can replace the face plate. So, would they need to be recalibrated? Or would reset on their own after a while?

just take a pic of them with the car warmed up and running, return them to that spot when you are done.
