Default Energy Suspension master bushing set

Anybody on here put this on their car? It's the kit that comes with nearly all the bushings for polyurethane replacements. Was it a painfull task, and was there a noticable difference?

I'm getting ready to purchase them myself. I don't know if the control arm bushings are press in or not but I have access to a hydraulic press so it isn't a problem for me if they are.
