Starter not w/enough power?
My Mustang has got a few mods and I wonder if my starter doesn't get enough power from the battery at start.</P>
Sometimes when I go to start after the car has been off, roughly an hour, and when I come back the car wont turn over until Ive turn the ignition a few times. It never fails to start after a little bit tho and this only happens once every couple weeks.</P>
Thanks guys...</P>

Starter not w/enough power?
it can be these items
1. weak battery
2. starter is about wore out
3. there is a flat place in the bendix in the starter
4. brushes in starter may need replaced
5. selinoid may be going bad
6. starter is getting heat soaked
7. loose connection
8. alt. maybe going draining battery
9. loose belt causing drained battery
just some cheap suggestions<edited><editID>vfast</editID><editDate>37966.623275463</editDate></edited>
