So get a positive battery cable with an aux wire already on it?

All you need to do is route a wire to it and get an eyelet terminal, then connect it to the battery terminal bolt.

The reason the starter post is full is cause of the original wires. It's a 1987 plus I upgraded the alternator so I've got the new wires for that on there too. When I added the alternator wires on I could barely fit them on so I doubt I could even get one more on. I didn't know I could connect an eyelet terminal directly to the battery bolt so I think I might go that route.

If you find yourself needing more power connections and you don't want it to look hack, you can always get yourself a marine-style battery terminal.
