Default plug wire arcing out on dipstick tube

i just installed a set of ford racing 9mm plug wires a couple of months ago and just noticed today that cylinder #7 is arcing out on the dipstick tube...what would cause this and how can i fix it?? any help would be appreciated

take the plug out and see if it is cracked.

new plugs...., yea make sure that you didnt bend it enough to rip a lil...
