turn signal issue.

turn signal issue.
So my turn signals aren't working. don't even light up. I'm going to print a diagram and try to diagnose it but any ideas? I just replaced the flasher and the multi function and they worked fine but then today they weren't working. I cleaned the grounds on the radiator support but I seem to be getting 35ohms resistance between them and the neg terminal (flasher doesn't even click). but any ideas on what it could be? all fuses tested good.

A guy I know suggested maybe it's the ignition switch. Might try replacing that I guess, it's cheap and seems like a lot of electrical problems stem from it.

Don't know if it's related possibly, but my courtesy lights stay on constantly and I hooked up an old ford radio (known working, just pulled out of a 96 ranger a few weeks ago) and it didn't work. The courtesy light fuse I unplugged when I got the car because I had the door open a lot working on it. It didn't have that problem back then..
