Default low end power loss. need tune? runs like a turd.

le me start off with what i have done to my 95 gt 5.0. 5 speed manual. bbk shorty headers, hpipe, gt40/explorer upper and lower intake, bbk 75mm throttle body, cai, mac underdrive pilleys.

so heres what boggling my mind, after installing my inake and underdrive pulleys my car runs like a turd in the lower rpms. under 3k. best way to describe it is, its like starting out in 2nd. i cleanes the maf, iat, and iac. i checked timming (10 +2). i checked the vacuum lines and made sure my header bolts were secured. i dont know what else to do, or what other possible reasons why shes a turd now. do i need to get her tuned? i didnt think with the minor mods i have that i would need to. any input at all is appreciated. also shes runs a little warmer now 3/4 the way on stock gadge, and seems to have better gas milage. ( drove 105 mile on highway today took little over 1/4 tank usually takes half tank)..

That throttle body is a bit big for a stock engine. Put your stock one back on and see how it runs.

If its still down on power (at part throttle) I'd go looking for a lack of fuel or a vacuum leak. Intake to head gaskets?

checked fuel rail/fpr, replaced cold air intake with new bbk cai with calibrated maf, replaced iat, iac, and tps. noticable difference, but same problem exists. going to check dizzy, timing plugs and wires today. maybe throttle reset check tps voltage?

I rechecked the timeing and it was way off.. Problem solved. What would be ideal timing for the mod that i have? I have it at 10+2.

Not much more than you have now, maybe 2 or 3 more degrees. Depends on the fuel you use too. If you're a guy that uses nothing but 93, its probably safe to go to about 16.
