Default control arms and suspension

I need knew bushings for my control arms so I'm think about getting some bbk upper and lower control arms for my rear. While I'm in there, would it be a good idea to change out shocks and coils? I'm not looking to lower my stang but it would be nice to know what coils and shocks to get. Thanks.

May as well do the shocks and springs while you are there.
Really nothing much to changing either of those things.....

I wouldn't change out coil springs unless I had a reason to; whether to lower the car, stiffen up the suspension, or raise the car. The rear shocks are easy to do anytime you want to do them. The new control arms will make a big difference in the handling.
