every one of those codes is circuit related. or otherwise the ecm is seeing unexpected voltages at those sensors all on the voltage below expected readings.
Check for a short or loose ground someplace.
23 - TP sensor out of self-test range
32 egr position sensor is below closed voltage.
67= neutral/drive switch open or the ac was on
84 - EGR vacuum solenoid circuit failure
