Hard Start When Cold

Hard Start When Cold
Hi guys.
Quick question Google can't seem to help me with. My 89 5.0 is having some hard start issues. Early morning cold starts - I turn the key, hear the pump prime, but then it rolls and rolls. Doesn't catch. If I hold the gas to the floor, it fires right up every time and goes right to a nice smooth idle. Starts fine when warm. Doesn't need the skinny pedal treatment.
Where should I start looking this weekend?
Thanks in advance

When it does start and idle what does it Idle at after it starts? Im guessing the IAC is either clogged up or stuck.
