Anyone know if I need a special radio bezel to install an aftermarket radio in my 1990 5.0 LX vert? If so, then any thoughts on where to get one? Many thanks in advance.

Well going from the stock radio which i had, I bought a aftermaket one which didn't have that little pocket below the radio and they sale kits where i live.

also afterwards i bought a alum high polished one that is the same desgin but alum high polished very shinny with mustang engaved in the bottom.

just make one out of a peice of aluminum i just finished making one a minute ago so i could put the pocket back in the bottom

I have the same car and I put an after market sterio in my car last year. I had it put in at a shop in austin and they did have to use one becuase it is quit a bit smaller than the stock radio becuase it covers the slot that is under the radio if i remember correctly. They just had them on hand there. I bet you could ask someone at like a best buy or a retail store that sells sterio equipment and they could tell you where to get one. Good luck
