Default valve springs

I need some help on trying to figure out what valve springs I need for my heads. I'll be putting a custom ground turbo cam from crane in it next year, with .540 lift(all I know as of now.) I've never had any experience on figuring with spring pressure or height, seeing as how this is my first build with anything other than stock heads, and I know a lot of you guys have, so if you guys could help me out I'd be greatly appreciative.
