Cluster Problems

The spedometer is 20 mph off.. also the fuel gauge is frozen and also the temp gauge is frozn.. would it just b the dash it self ? any suggestins

it could all be needing a recalibration..do you have an 85mph cluster? if so i got one and evrything works..
