unbolt it and spray Carb Cleaner in the two holes

I had the same problem. I fixed it by cleaning the throttle body, but mostly cleaning the idle air bypass valve. https://mustangforums.com/upfiles/28...D2C7688EC5.jpg its #6. The line going from the oil cap to the trottle body is the problem, there was a TSB on it to relocate it to the air intake, but im not going to drill a hole in my cold air intake, so im going to just get a breather if I can find one that just screws on like a cap. have anyone seen them?
