Just use some chrome-moly rings and some Michigan bearings along with a new timing chain set and be done with it.......

well i am having to replace one of the pistons a valve knocked the **** out of it i am taking it to a machine shop hopefully friday and there gonna mic everything and tell me what needs to be done but the block had well over 200k miles on it so possibly gonna bore it and tring to decide wether its worth the extra money to go back with forged pistons and if i do that do i need to upgrade the rods to cause i am possibly at one point gonna throw a supercharger ontop but havn't decided researching that or maybe a 351w swap

Im going to say yes to forged rods if you supercharge it, no if you're not. The block will split before the rod ever gets tired

If you end up going with forged pistons (I would) it is a good idea to have the rotating assembly balanced.
BTW, Probe industries makes some great rods for reasonable money.........
