93 mustang brake upgrade questions
Have looked on line, and had a question about using the brake booster and master cylinder off a 94/95 mustang. I know about steel brake lines and the ss caliper bushings to help improve braking in my 93 lx. But can you just change the mc and bb and leave the stock 93 calipers in and still see a noticeable difference in stopping? Is there a better mc and bb that would better suit the car? What set ups do people normally do to help fix the foxes crap brake system?

I put on the SVO/Lincoln front calipers and 87+ rotors/spindles on my 85 and noticed a difference. Not throw you through the windshield difference but definitely increased stopping power. Could have been that it was going from the 10" to 11" rotors that made the most difference though.
It all depends on how deep you're willing to go into the car and your pocket. The easiest and cheapest is to upgrade the calipers to SVO and getting a larger bore master. Changing the rear to Turbo Coupe discs is also popular. The biggest problem is once you start messing with brakes you mess with suspension, wheels, cables, hoses and the like. There are tons of write ups on this if you just look. This one is pretty in depth: http://home.comcast.net/~mjbobbitt/mustang/page1.html
