Thanks for the advice before, but I am a still a bit confused. If I have a heavy duty clutch, can I use the stock clutch cable? If so, which quadrant is better. A triple hook, double hook, or the smooth one, ect. And can I use a firewall adjuster with a stock clutch cable. I need your help, this is my first 5-speed. I was used to my aod. But that's gone now, so please help me out.

When I called this company they told me the stock cable will work with either one of the Quadrants and the firewall adjuster.

I have a extra aluminum ford racing quadrant and adjustable cable set up. I also believe that a stock cable with the quadrant will work,if you have a adjustable firewall adjuster. I personally have the firewall and adjustable cable. On mine, I installed the cable on the hook on quadrant that was furthest from the firewall. Then I screwed down the firewall adjuster all the way down. This was I had max amount of adjustablity. Then I adjusted the cable below the car. Before, I had put the cable on the hook that the instructions said. But I only had a limited amount of adjustment. Let me know if your interested in my parts. Good luck!!!
