Ok we'll I did the radiator flush additive and the block test with straight distilled water. The blue fluid didn't change color to yellow. Water turned a nice rust color, still had bubbles tho. So I'm thinking head gasket may not be blown. I'm going to drain it and run another flush thru it. One thing it seemed to run cooler, starting to wonder if the old water pump was ether bad or clockwise rotation. I'm hoping to finish it tonight put 50/50 and drive it a little rough to see.. So this time new water pump, flush, hoses, and 50/50 coolant.

Thanks babygt! Lol

I'd guess radiator since the fan cools it down at idle. Like said earlier, flow it and see what comes out, I cant imagine it being a wp cause it's either a bearing or a seal that makes a wp go out. I know, my wp is sitting on the garage floor with sticky green goo around the weep hole. Worst case, buy a better fan and test the temps, I had problems with a fan module where the fan wouldn't kick on until 110+ degrees and the water would boil out in the summer during city driving.

Radiator is new but oem replacement spoke with parts store I can bring it back if
I want. Maybe will swap it for 3 core, but I know people with tons more power than me with stock setup. Trying see where this air is coming from... Calling it a night waiting for cool down to put new coolant, then test tomorrow night.

Well put it all back together, just got back from driving. Never went over 190f I put stock gauge back in stock location and put the auto meter at the thermostat housing. Thermostat temp never got over 190f, shot the car with temp lazer. Stock location was about 180-190f. Didn't beat on it to bad. My clutch is shot, next project pending this one is fixed. I'll check fluid level in am, top it off (make sure no air). Then take it out on the hwy and be a little mean.

Thanks to all who gave advice!
