Default map to mass

my car has a map sensor and i understand how the whole computer system of my car works....is it possible for me to just hook up the wires from the map sensor to a mass air that i put on my car? i know it runs off 5 volts in 5 volts out...let me knwo thanks! steve

you can use it, but dont hook a vacuum line to it.

it runs full rich if i dis conecct the vacm line too it...is there a way to lean it out?
