Default what exactly is the difference?

ok, my transsmission is going down the pooper. pops second on a regular, grinds the second third shift at high rpm's, fourth also. and vibrates like crazy in 5th. i found a four cyl t-5 for 75 bucks. is it worth it until i can get mine rebuilt???? i think it is but i want to make sure. let me know..

it wont handle as much power, but itll work, the only thing youll need is a different pilot bearing.

get yours rebuilt with a G-Force kit and it will be able to handle 500 hp

yeah go that way, and the pilot bearing is a bearing in the back of the crank that the imput shaft on the trans sits in. which mean off comes the pressure plate, clutch, and the flywheel. stanglx2002 do you have a link for that kit?

ok thats what i thought the pilot bearing was. umm, im only buying this transmission to get mine rebuilt. so i am keeping mine. im only getting the 4 cyl one to use so i dont lose my transportation. the guy only wants 75 bucks. hes parting out the entire car to raise funds for the build up. that g force stuff looks awesome, but i definatly dont have the funds for that. im a broke b*&th. haha
