Default 94up vs 93down 5.0L?

Looking for any info on the differences in the 94-95 5.0L HO and the 86-83 5.0L HO. I know there are a lot of different parts on the intake and sensors and crap. But what I'm looking for are the internals(cam, cranks, pistons, valves, springs, rockers, ect.). One thing in particualr is weather the 95Cobra 1.7 Roller rockers will fit under the stock VCs of my 95 HO? Any other info would be much appreciated as well.

I believe the cam, crank, and pistons are the same 83-86. The heads are different (E5 and E6) so the valves ans springs might also be different. They all use the 1.6 stamped steel rockers. The VC's are te same for a 95 GT vs. Cobra. Here are some things to remember.

1985 was the first year for roller blocks
1986 was first year for fuel injection.
1987 was first year of the E7 head.
1993 was first year for hyper pistons.

hypereutectic pistons? That sucks. I was always told that all HOs had forged. I guess it don't much matter right now though, since 5500 is highest shift now. But it's good to know that for my future limitations on a build up. Also good to verify the VCs thanks guys!

you can rev hypers a lot higher than that.

just be careful with detonation if you run any kind of forced induction...
