Default cam selection

I am currently running the E-cam in my 347 stroker (built on a budget). But, I am looking to put a new set of heads and a new cam in my car to release some more power from it. I had made a post before and someone commented on my cam selection and told me about lobe seperation and some other specs. What is the best lobe seperation for a stroker motor, I know the e-cam is 110 degrees and I believe the person said less for a stroker motor but i am not sure. Anything will help.

i have been doing more homework and found that it is a good idea to get a cam with more exhuast lift due to that fact that i have a storker motor. and one more thing i am running 11.5:1 dome top pistons so i wll need to check my piston to valve clearance first before i go out buying a cam because i have 1.7 roller rockers and dont want to slam my valves into my pistons

Id take a look at the Trickflow Stage 1, I know thats what Im gettin once I get a cam. I dunno if the lobe seperation on it is good for a stroker motor or not tho or if it matters. But it rates in at .499/.511 so it has more exhuast lift if thats what your looking for.
