CAM AND ROCKER CHOICE

Hey guys helpin a friend build up a 94 5.0 gt. quick cam question. i'd like to go with the trick flow stage one with 499/510 lift, and 1.7 rockers. do these heads have 3/8 or 7/16 studs and does this sound like a good choice for mostly bolt-on motor? thanks again
