Default idle help

idle revs up and down and usually stalls. and when the engine is cold, it hesitates really bad every gear. the only way to get going is to floor it every morning. what is wrong with my sally? is it cause i dont have any cats at all? and why is other ppl w/same model car that did the same thing not messing up?

Also check your timing, and check for vacuum leaks.

yea that helped alot by just cleaning iac and throttle body. i have to go pick up some tools for the maf. it doesn't stall anymore and doesn't jump either...it will rarely hesitate and jump but it is pretty much awesome now. still need to check voltage and do some minor things.
