Cricket In My Clutch

Im really getting sick of this Noise Comming from under my hood! I believe it to be the throw out bearing. It sounds like a really loud Cricket when the clutch pedal is all the way out. If i push the clutch in about 3/4 to and Inch the sound goes away. What do I need to do to take care of this!

A new clutch! It's probably the throw-out bearing but while you're in there you might as well replace it all! The labor is the expensive part. How many miles on your clutch and how do you drive???

it is the throw out bearing i have the same problem in my 95 im just going to wate till my clutch goes bad to change it till then i live with it .......... the throw out bearing tends to go bad in our trannys

Definately the TOB beginning to chirp. Buy a clutch kit...they come with new TOB's.

P.S. the clutch is probably worn too.

i agree with everyone else its the TOB the stocks ones arent the best in the first place the new ones are better so start looking into getting a new clutch
