yea its a muliplcation thing. like at low speeds it real close to accurate then as you go faster the more it is off.

uhh so if i switch to 3:73 or 3:55 gears would i havta get a new "gear" to copensate for my speedo? if so which one so i can do this all at once

ok, i asked the person i bought the car off of and he said the rear end gears were 4.11</P>


it shows on steeda.com that the highest gear ratio they have is 4.10</P>


could he just be mistaken? or is this a huge differance? or could i just go for the 4.10 white gear thing and i wont notice any differance</P>

Just be carful you don't buy a cheap speedo gear. I bought a couple of them that after a week of driving, the gear strips, and your speedo doesn't work. Go with a name brand.
