ok guys the car cranks over by the key finally....i just crossed the wires for the safety switch for now....but i found another problem....the car will fire and start while cranking, but as soon as it fires and i stop cranking, it dies....so what is happening is the ignition is only on when the starter is...and when the starter stops so does the ignition....i dont have a clue why it would be doin this....help

Are you getting fuel to the engine? Now is the time I would pull the plugs and see if you get any gas myst coming up there. I would also check to see if you wired your fuel pump up correctly.
