Default Best sounding flowing exhaust

Does anyone know where I could find a web site where I can listen to the difffernt sounds of mufflers/exhaust systems. My flotech exhaust I realized was like only a 2" or mabye even 1 5'8s or something horribly restrictive and I must get a new one so my motor and flow better. What size do you recomend and brand etc. Some people say 3" would be ok because I have got the weight "Under 2800 lbs" down further so I could give up some torque for more higher end horsepower.2.5" - 3" sounds good to me. what do you all think ? Flowmaster, edelbrock, dynomax, borla, ?

yeah check out the flowmaster website and they have sounds of their different mufflers and systems. the site is: http://www.flowmastermufflers.com/cgi-bin/flowmaster. then check out the sound link under the features header. I recently purchased an american thunder system for my 5.0, and i haven't put it on yet, but it is suppossedly one of the better systems available.

Go here and register your name and email, and they have a bunch of sound clips for all kinds of muffler systems, for all different engines.

PS about the Flowmaster systems, they sound ok, but they are some of the worst flowing mufflers on the market, just FYI. Might want to think about that if you are considering Flowmaster.

I think the two chambers sound the best. But if your lookin for some sound but not way to much go with a set of 3 chambers.

Magnaflow is supposed to be pretty good, however lots of money. Dynomax also has a website where it's easy to check out some sounds. I think they have a Mustang on there if i can remember. I have the original flows from flowmaster on mine. Seem like they do fine to me.

Ultraflow, Warlock, Magnaflow, DynoMax....all excelent flowing mufflers that allow the engine's noise to come through.

Flowmasters s**k ba**s in comparison. Keep in mind this is a 1 chamber flow.....imagine a 2 or 3.....

Try some crisanthemums or Tulips, the flower late in spring.
