How do I avoid tubbing?

RE: How do I avoid tubbing?
Not the "bling - bling" just a little bling..... Really though I want something thats going to fill out those wells. I'm going to stick with 18's so I dont upset anyone here. jk! What I am really concerned about is the width. I do want to go wide, especially on the back, but without modifying too much. How wide are your rims?

I have 10x15" draglites on the back of my 85. With the 275/50/15 BFG drag radials they rub just a bit when I hit a bump. The car does have eibach drag springs though which lower the car a little. Fender lip not touched, inner fender very massaged.
Forgot to add.... no tail pipes.

if you want to fill the wheel well use a 15x9 wheel and some good looking drag radials, IMO that will look a lot better than 18's, i think anything bigger than a 17 looks wrong on a fox. all i have to say is if you can get some deep dish wheels on that back that would look killer, i want to do that so bad. anyone have a pic?

I respect everyone's opinion, but I want more rim than tire. I've seen 18's on a Mustang and I have to say I like the look. I have 15's on there now and its time for some variety. As a matter of fact I am looking at some 18 by 10 bullet billet rims deep dish for the back. I agree I think it would look killer.

RE: How do I avoid tubbing?
Good info, thanks! I'm still contemplating wether or not to get all the parts from a local junkyard or buying them online................. The articles are pretty thurough. Let me ask you a question, do I just upgrade the calipers and drums/disc's or do I have to upgrade the booster as well?
