RE: Car wont start after MAF swap...
Ima call a friend over and plug in his Maf meter in my car and see what happens.
When you guys did your swaps did you plug in the VSS wires? I dont think they will make any difference.

Damn dude I feel bad and all the wiring stuff i hard to help you with unless your right there helping out! I would try that other computer you had then make sure all the pins are sitting down where they are suposed to, mine always tried to wiggle out a bit. There is no reason it should be running like that.... Did you pull any codes yet?

The lower intake? I used the gaskets but RTV on the edges of the rubber gasket, bolt it down in the right torque order. If I had a vacum leak it would run good before right, before the Maf swap it ran ok, but now it just runs like crap.

Thats hard to say those gaskets on the lower are garbage, that could be your problem maybe on gave way or the lower is loose ( they loosen up hardcore trust me) it takes a good day to get it on right! Pull the MAF sensor get it to run right and spray some propane or starting fliud around the lower see if the engine revs up! Check the torque readings on the lower bolts that are accesible
