Default What weight gear oil for T-5??

Hey all I'm getting ready to start my T-5 conversion and all I'm lacking is fluid. I'm going with redline, but what's a good weight to go with. Summit has 75W90. Is that good or would you all recommend something else?

I was thinking ATF would work as well but I just wanted to see what everyone was running since the gear oil says you can put it in a manual too. Looks like ATF it is. Thanks for the knowlege everyone.

royal purple or amsoil synthetic atf

2 3/4 quarts.....fill it through the shifter and it's easiest.
