when people say advance the timing 12 degrees is that to 12 degrees or 12 degress over stock if over stock what is total advance. what spark plug is best and at what gap. thank you

ive heard the car runs best at 14 degrees over stock and im not sure of the plug gap i just run mine stock

10 deg. but set at 14 deg just mack sure you unplug your spout connector first.
