buy a few books
how to hot rod a sbf or mustang
engine rebuilding
these 2 will give you a start
the machine shop will do most but when you put it together the key is to check and recheck..mic the crank..used plastic gauge to insure clearance on rod and main bearing..

since you have the intake you can strat to port make them as so

port the intake using a dremal tool..what you need to do is make a plan..1200 is alil short coarse buying some used parts and saving 1500 will be easier to work with
the plastic gauge is to use on the crank..Like I said earlier get ya a few books to hear..knowledge is king!
