i just bought the trickflow stage 1 cam is anyone else using this cam how does it sound?im putting it in next weekend i wanted to see how people like it?

OK, if cam ia realmaggressive, say over 228@.050 it will make very poor torque. Auto trans don't like this so we use a high stall convertor.
What to shoot for is a 'vertor about 2-300 stall UNDER the max torque of engine. Vertor will flash above the max torque point of engine anyway so don't worry about it.
Run too much stall and lots of slippage will happen so don't get carried awy.
Lots of other factors here like stroke of engine, carb or throttle body size, tire size, conditions, etc......

Look into Comp cams they are just awesome, go no lower than .608 on the lift and you will be fine
Ummm.....yeah...Can you say piston to valve clearnce problems????And i said it a thousand times a cam with stock heads and otherwise a basicly stock motor is 100% pointless.
