the street heat probably flows a little more, but the difference will be minimal
the cobra will be good for your future mods, thats what i'm using with those
same mods you mentioned, i went 13.6 @106.65 on street tires (2.1 60ft.)
i have dr's on it now but my trans needs rebuilt, so i cant get a good run right now
