Default left exhaust pipe lower

i think there have been posts about this, sorry. it seems like recently my driver side exhaust pipe is low. it seems lower than it was before. ill take pics tomorrow. is there anyway to fix this? im guessing weling it up there. and why does it do this?

Prolly just the hanger, take it to an exaust shop and they will weld it back up for you for 10 bucks.

Could also be the rubber hanger, it could of heated up and streched or just tore from wear.
