Head porting advive
#21
RE: Head porting advive
I did mine with a carbide burr and an air drill, I just stuck an old gasket on the head with a little adhesive, then traced around the gasket ports with a black marker,
I opened them up a little, then just smoothed out some imperfections.
and I cleaned up where the valve seats are too and under the valves.
my heads were dissasembled though.
it took me mabye 10 hours and I got around 2 cups of metal shavings. the exhaust bumps were most of it
with those ported heads and a pro products intake I made 246 RWHP.
