Torque Boxes

My car makes a loud creaking noise on passenger rear side while making right turns over steep driveways/sidewalks. Has anyone else had this happen?. I believe the torque box needs to be repaired/re-welded. Anyone know of a shop that can do torque box repair located in Sacramento or Bay Area California?

Which bushing would be making the noise? lower/upper control arm?

I had a mechanic look at it today, said the torque box looked good. I'm guessing it's the bushing or the shock. I have aftermarket control arms and also subframe connectors welded on. I had u-joint replaced because the tranny/driveshaft was making a lot of noise when engaging in gear, still makes clunking noise when I let off the gas for a second and then jump back on it while in gear..any suggestions?
