ok i have a 92 5.0 lx with 1.7RRs and e7 heads. i want to put a cam in my car. how do i decide which one i want? What is a good cam? thanks

most of the major cam companies have websites with info on how to select a cam for your application. There are many variables and some of them depend on how you want to use the car, what compression ratio you have and if you plan to use Nitrous or FI. All of these things will change which cam you should use.
