Default throttle body frozen

I put a different hpipe on my car, well I decided to fire her up on the jack stands and everything was cool. Went to give her some gas and son of #@$%&en mother$#%*en peice of rat %$#! didnt move. &*%$en thing , I tried pulling the cable off the throttle body, cable moves. Pulled the intake tube and tried pushing the throttle blade and nothing. My question is I have a small unknown cam, I've got some heads at the machine shop, what throttle body should I get how big?

not sure what mods you have but a 65 should work fine, a 70 will be too big
