hey guys i have an 89 convertible and was wondering how big is the tank and when the gas light comes on how much fuel do i have left in the tank? I am asking this because before i did my 5lug conversion from an SN95 rearend, i got around 210 to the tank plus my gas gauge is broken, it starts going down when the fuel is low. and now with the sn95 rear end i get like 170 to the tank.

your vert could have had the 2.73s and your sn95 rear end could have had 3.08s. could possibly be a reason for the reduce in gas mileage. and i think the gas tank is 14 gallons? not positive on it.

nah they are both 2:73's i checked the vin numbers and the Axle letter matches. and i heard that the tank nis 15.4 gallons? and everytime i pump i pump like 12.5 gallons so im wondering if im not running the tank all the way like i used to.

Ya b/c on mine it says im empty but i pump like 12.5 each time...can i get my gauge repullied or?
