Talked to the guy in Florida, I am ordering some Thumper heads, he suggested an X-cam, Got me some shorties on Ebay, MSD Blaster coil, MSD Cap and button, MSD 8.5 wires....

This will be added to my Edelbrock performer series intake(which will be port matched to the heads) , edelbrock performer series 600 carb, 3.73 gears, underdrive pullies, H-pipe and flowmasters.

Anybody have a rough estimate of how many horsies I'll be putting to the ground with an 85 roller with these mods?
