pictures of shortblock im thinking about getting....
Well these are pictures of a shortblock 5.0 off ebay, its out a 87 mustang supposively that had 60k miles on it. It's for sale for 550 and comes with a F303 camshaft, i just wanted to know what you guys think, it looks like the guy sells stuff on ebay all the time.

i would say thats kind high u could probably find a lincoln mark7 88 and newer car and get the engine 5.0ho out of it its the same engine as the mustang just dont tell the yard most dont know that!!

blown head gaskets. dunno what hes asking, but i find short blocks locally all the time for 300+. just saying maybe u could find something closer. itll save ya on shipping.

yea im going to look around more, he just took the motor out of the car, he said he just took off the heads today lol so hes still cleaning up the anti freeze.

Where are you at? I've got about a dozen 302 and 5.0 short blocks in my out building. I'd be willing to trade a few for some FE stuff. Blocks, heads, cranks, intakes, etc. I can never have too much FE stuff. As far as the condition of the engines goes, they're stored indoors. A few of them I bought, a few I got for free, and some I got as payment for work performed. None are cracked or damaged. I also have 2 complete 5.0 roller engines (minus computer) and 6 complete carbed 302's. I used to be into small block Fords but I'm into FE stuff now. Nothing makes power like an FE. None of it's really for sale but I will trade small block parts for FE parts. I also have about 2 dozen carbed and fuel injection intakes and about 15 pairs of heads. I'm really after a 427 SOHC, but then again who isn't. If you have one I'll trade all my small block stuff and my first born for it.
