For the intake I:
1)Stripped the powder coating with chemical stripper
2)Sanded both Upper and lower with 80 Grit, then followed up with 120 Grit (Using Dremel)
3)Used wax and grease remover to get all the grunge outa cracks and surface
4)Use a high heat (ceramic) primer layed 3 coats let it flash then cure for 3 days
5)Use low gloss black (Ceramic) high heat paint 3 coats as well then let cure for 3 days
6)Went overwith (ceramic) high heat clear coat about 5 coats which brought out that nice shine I have more pics if your interested.

Yeah you definaitly know where the prices come from when you start doing thew work yourself and getting into all the lil tight spots and drillin all the rivets out, aligning panels, Bondo work! Its all time consuming as hell!@

Flash time is Basically the dry time you need to permit the paint in between coats, this paint that I was using requires Cure time this is time in a heated environment to let the pain get hard from top to bottom so you won't have any wet paint under the clear coating
