Default 79 and 95 heads - difference?

Anybody know the difference from 79 and 95 5.0-cylinder heads? I have mount the 79 heads on my 95 GT with a SC application. But, i have overheating problems with and without supercharger.
Cooling system, timing and air/fuel ratio are ok.
Result the problem from the heads?

Are you positive you dont have one of the head gaskets upside down?
If its on wrong it will and can block off water ports from the block to the head.

Is your thermostat stuck closed maybe? Did you pressure test the cooling system.

I have double check and change the head gaskets and the thermostat, both is new and ok.
The cooling system dont have a leckage. The waterpump is new and the Radiator is a new 2 row fluidyne, all clamps are new.
I have engine overheating by idle and high speed. In the middle range, the car runs great.

But, the MAF is from a 93 Mustang - is the MAF for the 95 the same or is this the Problem? (lean Mixture?)

Thanks for your tips!

(sorry for my bad english - i`m from Germany)

I have the FRPP FMS-M-8501-D50 waterpump. I think this is the right pump for the 95 - 5.0 model.
